Cutting Board Care Instructions:
· HAND WASH ONLY. Wash with hot soap and water, scrubbing to clean. Dry immediately with towel and let air dry standing up. Store in cool, dry place. NEVER use a dishwasher as this may warp and ruin board.
· Do not submerge or soak in water, this will cause the board to expand and warp. Dry right after washing.
· If board becomes dry and dull apply a coat of the Board Butter/Wood Butter provided with every board. This Board Conditioner is a mixture of mineral oil and bees wax which seals in moisture and protects board from bacteria
· After prolonged use the board may have knife marks from cutting. To refresh, sand down just deep enough to remove the marks, then apply Board Butter to soak in and seal board, renewing it for many more years of use.
